What to do in Collin County this Weekend

What to do in Collin County this Weekend

So here’s the lowdown, Saturday = sunshine while Sunday = rain.  Knowing that, plan accordingly and get that outdoor time on Saturday.

Brian and I are hoping to a little road tripping, we’ll head out to Lucas to refuel at the new Starbucks, then off towards Greenville, sliding into Paris (hoping for the big city Paris in 2016) but for now Paris, TX.  They have a farmers market on Saturday, Christmas festival and then a Christmas Tree lighting this Saturday night.  We’ll have the dogs with us, so we will probably only to a quick stop . . . then off to Beavers Bend State Park in SE Oklahoma to capture the Fall Foliage.  Its about a 3 hour trip from Plano and should be a total blast.  Cannot wait!  Hoping to also gather Pecans while I’m there . . . to pop into some of these sweet treats  =)
